Cachet(pronounced Ka-shay) is an eclectic band with many elements, the overall sound is very "World-Ambient Jazzish", and American R&B. Like if you took The Brand New Heavies, Jamiriquy, Macy Grey, Seal and the Pat Methany Group and Mary J Blige and mushed them all together.

Cachet has been together for about 3 years, and originally started out of the shared musical tastes and friendship between Deleska Crockett and David Wright, who met at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA.

So far Cachet has recorded one Album together: Cachet, recorded, engineered, Mixed and Co-Produced by Hugh Pool at Excello Studios in Williamsburg, Brooklyn NY. Comprised of 12 original compositions from Dave & Deleska, Cachet shines as a example of unique original music, which doesn't sacrifice it's principles for commercial appeal.

Cachet is: Deleska Crockett on Vocals, Jim Bove on Drums, Ryan Williams on Wurlitzer and all Keyboard instruments, including a "real Arp" that Hugh brought to the session, David Wright on Guitar, & we were lucky enough to have talented Bass man Tim Luntzel for the session.
