Welcome to Oblivious Scientist's page on MP3.com. Oblivious Scientist is an experimental music project (and also the source of some intriguing independent video works and performance art) based in Silicon Valley, California. Check out the Oblivious Scientist page at Silver Wheel Music to find out more.
The MP3s listed below are very early recorded works from the original Oblivious Scientist lineup. They are pretty lo-fi and lead the listener on an atmospheric journey, featuring sounds of prepared guitar, prepared electric bass, and various vintage effects pedals. The pieces, called "Mutations", form a fine background for your most dastardly mad scientist endeavors.
