Prologue is the opening section of "Kabbalah Blues/Quantum Funk". It contains a theme, using text from a traditional Hebrew prayer, by the late Max Helfman, that reappears throughout the piece. In this section, the theme is surrounded by a veritable sonic collage--bits and pieces from other songs in the piece, random improvisations, electronically distorted sounds, etc.
