I am a guitarist and composer. I like to bring different influences to bear on my work from other forms of music as well as jazz.
The collection here is pretty jazz-flavoured but you will hear other echoes too, from film and T.V. music to progressive rock and folk.
I would rather not categorise the music but let it emerge as it wants to, allowing my creativity to flow as freely as possible.
This collection is representative of music I've written over the last ten years or so. I am currently writing some new material which will be quite different and will involve some exciting new directions. Watch this space!
Despite a deliberately open and exploratory attitude, I believe there is a definitive character and feel to my work. See what you think and thanks for visiting.....
