This is what happens when a Western composer thinks about Eastern places whose art, culture, and history have affected him deeply. These are not "Asian" pieces so much as they are "MY Asian" pieces; each is intimately intertwined with the "Western" man I am. While most have a main theme, these are always colored by other countries, cultures, and times, some real and some imagined. What I hope to achieve is that all facets, east and west, shine in each moment only with and through the light of the other.
Welcome; enjoy.
