After a long hiatus, Marionette is once again back on the drawing board.
If anyone has been following my efforts, I've scrapped most of the songs
from the stillborn album "Dissect and Animate". I'm now reconstructing
them, and I'll soon have one or two ready for your listening (dis)pleasure.
I'm also abandoning this site on mp3.com. All my work will now be posted
to my site on IUMA.com, and possibly Ampcast.com. Mp3.com has turned into
a huge marketing machine, as only the most financially-successful artists
have a chance to promote themsleves. The fact that anyone with enough cash
can buy their way to the top of the charts just plain sucks. And I have no
desire or intention of making money through my musical endeavors, so this
place is no longer home for Marionette.
