THE BEST OF...
if you havent already heard, split seven and its legacy of being the raddest band to ever rise out of santa fe springs has ended. after constant practices, recordings, arguements, laughs, lineup changes, and shows with some big names (Rufio, Yellowcard, Mad Caddies), and many shows with our favorites (Staring Back, Over It, Wester, JTE, Dumbstruck, Running Late), the three remaining members decided it would be best to retire the name and move onto other projects and different aspects of life.
and so we are left with a compilation of songs on this site which i believe represent us and what we stood for...living life and putting your own little twist on things. please continue to download songs and listen, because i still do.
we'd like to thank these people for making us what we were (if anything): kirk & rock kills kid (JTE), chuck & tony at tru-one records, jon halperin @ chain reaction, len & jer @ SOMA, chad lynn, the city of mesa (AZ), jere johnson, john lawver, diego lurati, ryan kile, carl pupo, matt phillips, audxio clothing, everyone who bought a cd from us. and now for the bands...crosstown rival, wester, dumbstruck, running late, rock kills kid, project darna, side order, best interest, over it, staring back, osker, the apathetics (RIP), life at last, self centered, after tomorrow, code brown, standfast, overlooked, never heard of it, sucker punch, fifth wheel, clever eddie, and your band.
thanks once again everyone for every cd, show, download or just your time. YOU ROCK!!! thanks!!! oh and dont forget to check out yourlastbreath, whoever they are.
