"Let's face it. There's only a limited amount of time left before this band goes bigtime. So I wanna be on the ground floor when it comes time to tell people about them.
Thank Gawd somebody still does songs about drugs. Plus, they're from Austin, probably one of the hardest towns on earth to break out from (since you're usually malnourished by the time The Big Break comes).
This song is timeless rock and roll. Would have worked in the '70's. And it's gonna work in this millennium. It was a privilege to have been able to know about these guys before Dick Clark does"
