This was recorded in 1988 with my band at the time, Mazurka, and appeared on our self-titled album on the ASIA Records label -- released in South Korea only. Clearly limiting our audience, but... hey! Everyone has to start somewhere. ;) This is a slow keyboard-based song that I wrote, played drums, and sang lead on -- the only song on the Mazurka album where I sang leads. |
Label: ASIA Records (South Korea)

From sunrise to sunset, the city streets pulse with life. Inspired by a scene from the documentary movie BARAKA where busy city streets are shown from above -- in fast motion. The cars and people are actually pulsing in each direction -- not unlike blood through veins -- as the traffic signals changed. Very wild looking. This particular song is also inspired somewhat by some of Moby's style of music, which I've been listening to a lot lately. |

This song is best experienced with headphones, and takes you from primitive music onto a pretty intense drum-based ending.Click on "Song Story" above to read more about the making of this one. |
