This is encouragement and inspiration packaged in a sweet urban/country folk song with a great heartfelt vocal! The song is about hanging on to our determination to continue to make this the world of our dreams. Amazingly, although it was released in '95, it has received a new surge of interest since Terrible Tuesday/9-11. People all over the country have been calling in independent of each other to request that the song be released as a single. They're calling it "The Song of the Hour". I'm making it available on mp3.com in response to their urgings. Interestingly, it was written in '93, the year of the first attack on the World Trade Center! The song seems to have taken on a life of its own! Perhaps powered by the spirits of so many lost. |

Fast and breezy contempo-blue grass, rootsy and infectuous blend of pop and folk. Foot tappin' sing along appeal. As hip as it is commercial. A crowd pleasin', movin', travelin' song! Legendary Bassist Tim Drummond(Dylan,Jewel,James Brown, Neil Young)played, co-produced and co-wrote. Matt Betton was our guest drummer and Dean Parks was our guest guitarist! Marc Goodman is playing the accordian. Enjoy!
