We recorded Dissing in the guest bedroom of Scott's mother's house using a Roland VS1680 16 track digital recorder and two good mikes. Actually, we started with the Roland VS840 but ran out of memory so we had to import what tracks we had (vocals & drums) half way through the project.

Because of scheduling problems we had to record the vocals first, (Stephanie sang to scratch guitar and drum machine tracks), so we did it backwards, and built the songs around her vocals. She did the leads in 2 days. Phil did his drum parts in 3 days. Bob Thayer and Malcolm Granger did their parts in two days as well. Scott designed the orchestration for each of his songs, and played a myriad of instruments. Rita did her magic arranging the background vocals. A year after Stephanie sang the leads she came back and we recorded her background vocals in one day. J sang his in a day as well.

Everyone did 2 or 3 takes on their parts and Rita took the best segments and cut and pasted them together to make the songs.

Each song took a week to mix after all the parts were recorded. For what we had for equipment we are very please and proud to present it to you here.

	A song about a woman who's got an agenda when it comes to relationships. This was the first song we started recording and it was the hardest of them all. Even so, it's one our favorites, as it starts as a ballad and ends up as a powerful driving tune.
