The oppressor in the company of the wounded victim cherishes the feeling of his shining armor because it gives him an even greater illusion of superiority. In any system of victim and victimizer, an illusion of power reigns supreme, for the victim a false sense of inferiority and for the victimizer, a false sense of superiority. Booker T.
