From Voltaire's debut album "The Devil's Bris," comes this strange brew of gypsy violins, driving rhythms, sardonic wit and turn-of-the-century mayhem. |

Voltaire says, " A little over a year ago, I started getting a ton of email from people telling me that they liked one of my songs they found on Napster called The Dracula Disco. The only problem was, I never wrote such a song! LOL! Someone else did and put my name on it. That inspired me though to write a song about the Goth scene called The Vampire Club which references characters from my comic book Oh My Goth!" |

Voltaire does it again, creating another anthem for the Goth scene that rivals "When You're Evil." Except this time he turns to necrophelia to escape the pressures of dating, um..... living women. In his live shows he usually introduces this song by saying, "This is a little ditty about most of the women I've slept with in the Gothscene." |
