Tetnus classic. Solid rock with guitar solo by Mark Maddern. The lyrics for this song are a little more explict when we play live, but for the album version John decided to tone it down. For those of you who are in New Zealand or know the TV show Shorland Street: This song was played during a party scene of Nick's a few years back. |

This has a catchy guitar riff that John wrote. I was trying to find a good bass line and fumbling around with different notes. John said "That's cool" and I kept it. My first fumbling bass line. We did a video for this song for friend who was doing a video production course a university. His take on the song was that is about suicide - Leave this world. We would like to officaly say that it is not about suicide (unless you want it to be). |

This was the song that the record company was going to push by doing a video for it. The idea was to film it in the bush with us covered in oil or something. When we went to do the video I was extrodinarily drunk and don't remember much of doing the shoot at all 'cept covering myself with mud. Mark still won't fogive me for that. The video has a nice shot of Mark hitting me with a drum stick. Sorry Mark! |
