SONIC OCEAN guitarist Neil Rambaldi has a debut album that will astound fans of virtuoso and instrumental genres, and leave new listeners wanting more. This new album, titled "Perpetual Horizon," is his first solo effort and features eleven original tracks with Neil writing, performing, producing, and engineering all of the material.
