Chip, who owns one of the most happenin' new clubs in the US is very unhappy because Dallas and Chocolate have decided not to perform because Dallas can't find his cigarettes. After Chip threatens the duo, they reluctantly go along with their original agreement to "rock the joint." But things didn't quite go as planned.
