yet to be released in our new album entitled "Transformation".
The styles of the songs are marked next to each
song. In general, they are everything from Experimental Rock to Rap. The
lyrics to these songs are all original and psychodelic. You can read them
by clicking on the "Song Lyrics" links.
A brief synopsis of the group's
history:
ECHIDNA AUKSTYN has been playing since the summer
of 1990. They started from improvisational music and then turned to New
Age and other experimental musical genres while still playing Rock and
Pop songs. The group's first album, "Paskutine Pozemiu Muzika" was released
in 1993. This was a completely Avant-Garde project. In 1994, "Apsakyms
Ape Pradzia..." was released, which included songs in a more popular style.
Realising that making polystylistic music is less commercially effective,
the group split up into two: ECHIDNA AUKSTYN (playing rock and pop), and
ENDICHE
VIS.SAT (playing Avant-Garde and New Age-type music).
