Version City
Rockers is a group of weirdos, paranoiacs, substance abusers and various hustlers
hovering about the Version City studio. Producers King
Django, Agent Jay and Victor Rice
and many talented singers and instrumentalists come together to bring you these
rootsy dub reggae ska sounds and furthermore. Version City Rockers performed live
as the original house band at the Version City party when it was held at Coney
Island High in New York City. King Django, currently signed as a solo artist to
Epitaph/Hellcat Records, has also led Stubborn
All-Stars (click link for free mp3s) and Skinnerbox
(click link for free mp3s). King Django has been involved in numerous ska, punk
and reggae projects and is the founder of the Stubborn
Records label, well-known internationally for their roots ska, reggae and
