QUANTITY
Formed
1990 as a project of the evangelic lutheric church in Ofen near the beautiful
town Oldenburg in germany, Quantity developed their own songs.
Some of the early compositions like "Big Jim" or "Mithras"
were forgotten really fast, they were only the first steps to the independent
rock style Quantity created in 1991. Influences of the 6 members were
very different: Alternative/Indie Rock, Blues, Flamenco, Jazz and Soul
merged into the sound of the little amateur band.
Quantity
never played many gigs, only five during three years. The biggest one
was at the "Neujahrsworkshop" on the 10th of january in 1992
in front of about 500 people.
In
september 1992 Quantity recorded these three songs in a 16 track-studio
(engineer: Manuel Bunger) to proove their state of performance. So
enjoy our material and have fun!
