Welcome to the hidden shaolin chamberz of Blak Panther, an exiled samurai to the mysterious world of the beautiful garden of hip-hop. For the dark and ominous sound, Blak Panther is all ready to deliver to you... (All praisez to the RZAector)...
People are wondering how did the mysterious Blak Panter makes his tracks. First of all, he researches a heck of a long time to find the best classical sheet music from the library and then he heads over to the studio with his friend Boyd Nelson from whom he borrows the synthesizer. Both of them duplicate the sheet music on the Roland synthesizer to get the orchestral effect heard on Soundblaster Live so that the synthesizer sound is sampled for their own purposes. After all, Blak Panther takes those synthesized bits and pieces and then throws them into Cakewalk and Mixman for further revision and to add the standard drum loops and basslines from those programs. Finally, everything is thrown into the digital sequencer and then put back into the 16 track mixer for the final mixdown. This is the secret chamberz version from Bobby Digital where the future of hip-hop is being able to play the classical music on the synthesizer and digitalize the stuff rather than plowing through vinyl. This gives a crisper more threatening sound. Special effects can be added on afterwards.
