	this song is just totally whacked. Its an example of a fractured time signature: 5.5/4... whole notes are still worth 4 beats, but a measure gets 5 quarter notes and and 8th note in it then repeats. Its sort of like counting 11/8 time in double time, but not exactly. Aside from the experimental meter, it also ahs some weird synth sounds and some post production mutations that defy tempo and time signature.
