"Margie Adam is making the best music of her career. The political passions are banked deeply in her music, but so is a kind maturity and a sure, real-life romanticism. Her melodies are graceful and inviting, her voice honest, relaxed, lovely, her piano spacious and sophisticated."
- THE BOSTON GLOBE |
"This is music that sticks to your bones."

This is one of my "come hither" love ballads. This song has as much sensuality as I could generate musically and stay on the piano bench. I am such a fan of Antonio Carlos Jobim - grew up listening to him, studying his polyrythms. Having hallucinated a complicated musical atmosphere hundreds of times as I played the song alone on the piano, I was thrilled to be able to add percussion, horns and vibes to the arrangement on this take. |
