The talented Australian vocalist who now calls San Francisco her home started her career as a member of the Australian Theater for Young People in Sydney at the fresh age of 14.
By 19, she went on to study with Warner Brothers Recording Artist and Australian superstar, Marcia Hines. Since relocating to the U.S. Velia has released a CD of original songs that are a blend of Dance and Rock, called Something has to Change.
Velia and her band have appeared on local television and showcased at renowned clubs throughout the Bay Area.
