An old song I arranged from a Burl Ives songbook. My brother Doug's harmonica work on this song is outstanding. I though that no one else had recorded this song until I recently hears a very different version recorded by Joe & Eddie. |

Written for Abilene, Kansas (sorry Texas). Jazz pianist Joe Parillo joins me on this song. |

A traditional song. I was inspired to record it after hearing Joyce Anderson and Harvey Reid's arrangement. A very sad, but beautiful song. |
