The fine print on mp3.com says you can't use the owner's music
for public exhibition without permission. This notice indicates my permission
for you to go to town with my music and play it wherever and whenever you want.
I don't know much about law, (except for that time I was brought up on public
obscenity charges) so I don't know if this will count as written permission. But
if they really think I am going to handwrite and mail permissions slips, not
unlike the mighty teacher's hall passes, then they're out of their tree.

People say some of my songs are depressing in ways. This should change their feelings. |
