	When my daughter Anna was still an infant in 1988, I wrote a song for her.

	Story Behind the Song 'Anna Lisa' is not that song. I wrote 'Anna Lisa' with many deep feelings of regret for how she was hurt in our divorce. As much as I would like to place much of the blame for Anna's hurt on her mother, I cannot without placing the blame right back on myself. It is like something I read in the good book about working on removing the log from your own eye before worrying too much about the spec in the other's eye. But the feelings while writing this piece also contain Anna's extreme strength through it all, and how she continues to love us both so much after being hurt deeply. So this second song for Anna, is somewhat of an apology, and an award of excellence for Anna's character.
