	Story Behind the Song I wrote this track in the early summer of 2000, right after a jarring breakup. I was sad and angry (note the title), and the music carries that mix of emotions. Seems like most of my best music has been inspired by interpersonal disasters like this one. I hope that some of the energies expressed here resonate with you, and maybe even help you through a hard emotional time.
