	Story Behind the Song 五年前在Michigan觀看已故CCM歌手Rich Mullins的演唱會﹐台上有一千零一位位紅番舞蹈員披著傳統的獸皮隨著敲擊樂原地跳躍... 兩年前觀看相川七瀨的演唱會VCD﹐演唱的其中一首歌曲叫作"Cat on the Street",歌曲一開始時她以高能量展開原地跳躍... 後來得知﹐他們兩人是在做同一樣的動作... 動作稱為RAINDANCE﹐是跳舞求雨的意思。於是對這習俗產生了興趣。 為什麼要求雨呢﹖既沒有科學根據﹐也沒有人保證一定會成功。但我欣賞的﹐卻是那種勇於承認自己的需要﹐憑信心爭取不問結果的態度。 突然覺得自己也希望用這種態度來對待音樂﹐對待生命... 打著強勁的節奏一天一天的繼續創作下去﹐生活下去。 於是﹐RAINDANCE誕生了。 5 years ago I watched a concert by the Christian Artist Rich Mullins in Michigan. On the stage there was a Native American dancer dressed like a beast, hopping energetically on stage... 2 years ago I watched a concert video by the JPOP Artist Nanase Aikawa, there was a song called "Cat on the Street" during which she hopped vigorously on the stage... Later I found out that they were both doing a "Raindance". Why dance for rain? Not only is it unscientific, there's also no guarantee that your wish will be granted. Never the less, I appreciate the fact that people know what they need and are willing to stand up for it, using their faith and not worring too much about the results. Then I thought... wouldn't it be nice if I can take the same attitude in my music and in my life? With a powerful rhythm, I'll just keep on playing, and keep on living. And the album "RAINDANCE" came along.
