	Story Behind the Song I was intrigued when I listened to the President speaking, what his speeches would sound like put to music. A good politician speaks in a very rythmical way-- and in fact, as it turns out, the President actually raps! Believe it or not, I actually created the complex beat and melodies before I dropped the President's famous explanation on top of it-- and it fit perfectly! Even when I mixed in some earlier speech (his denial of the whole affair) it fit as well! Lyrics Pretty much the Prez's statement to the Grand Jury.
