"This one's called 'Untitled.'" Hardy har-har. This one started out at a very slow tempo, and one day at Tin Pan Alley we just had a crack at it at about double speed. It toally rocked, especially the bass solo at the end. It didn't catch fire right away though. But with each live performance (hilarious fun because all the parts were written for a slow tempo so we all could BARELY keep up each time), the fan approval made us realize there was no going back, and so the up-tempo version ended up on the record. Lo and behold, our radio promotions team picked it as a stress track, so this quirky experiment is getting national college airplay right now! --JV

    Lyrics
    Untitled
You'll get your head together at long last
Cause you know you're too selfish to care about the past
Wait for a while then the paper comes
To tell you of its travels like your best school chum

Reserve your flight you fix your tie
Change your oil and then you die
Or living in a flurry of sex and booze
Later on worry whose socks are whose

Since no one needs money and no one's alone
Would you like to come over or will you go it on your own?
Forget your manners and you wait too long to act
You like to come around tonight and talk about that?

Your head is strong your will is soft
Marry him baby whatever gets you aloft
He never could see all the soft lies
When the bomb went off he got love in his eyes

Would you sit with me a while of your own accord?
Would you tell me something true of you before you get bored?
Cities are rooms in a mental ward
Lock up and close the light when you get bored

Since no one needs money and no one's alone
Would you like to come over or will you go it on your own?
Forget your manners and you wait too long to act
You like to come around tonight and talk about that?
Since no one needs money and no one's alone
Would you like to come over or will you go it on your own?
    Ain't nobody hurryingeveryone's set, baby
Did you hear the news or did you forget?

Shut off all the TVs and open all the doors
Of a hundred apartments on a hundred floors
