	Story Behind the Song Too many people are too quick to put you down. But there are so many talented folk who stay down once they've been knocked down. Maybe they're too sensitive, maybe they can't roll with the punches but sometimes all it takes is someone to offer them another chance, to listen a little longer, to take the time to see the real person. The person who's knoicked down also has to be willing to get up and not believe they're useless. Expecting the world owes you when your down is as bad as being the person who puts you down. Get up and get on with it when someone gives you a break. Sometimes all it takes is half a chance. You can bounce back. The lyrics came first and then Gav quickly found some rhythms and grooves and before long we had this piece which we loved recording and enjoy performing live.
