	Story Behind the Song This song came about as a result of a simple melody I poked out on the piano when I was about 17 years old. Since I didn't know how to play the piano, I just kinda banged on a combination of chords and keys until I found something I liked. After succeeding in that, I needed some lyrics to go along with the new melody. I guess my youth group bible study was speaking about the dangers of dating and marrying somebody with different beliefs than your own, cause that's exactly what the song ended up being about.
