	Story Behind the Song I wrote this song when I was just out of high school. I can remember being at my job at the bagel store and composing this song while driving a van to deliver bagels to local grocery stores. The subject matter here, as the title suggests, is the end times as it is described in the bible. This song tells the story of a man who has taken the mark of the beast and therefore cannot be redeemed. He then has an experience while hunting down a believer who has refused to take the mark which leaves him with the undeniable knowledge that God does exist and the bible thumping Christians whom he'd spent his life avoiding and ignoring were, in fact, correct all along.
