	Story Behind the Song I wrote this about two moths before my grnadmother passed. She once told me that Alzheimer's was the worst thing that could ever happen to her and I can only imagine what she felt like in the early stages when she knew. With that in mind, I wrote the lyrics to the music already in progress. Lyrics My flight is no darker Than that of a raven's wing And my voice stays choked and muddled Whenever I try to sing Overpowered by thunder clouds As the storm sets in No matter I will endure With all of my strength within A flash of lightning Is all I have to see No matter I've been walking blindly Since 1993 I'm a riddler with a thousand qustions A Sage without a clue All wrapped up in this ancient mind So violent - a typhoon (chorus) Why go out in the rain when I could just stay here in my room? I still alive But I just fear all of this unknow My eyes are open To remember all that I see But my secretary is on holiday And I can't remember a thing I've tried to reference everything in my life - every turn But every page I turn to Would so quickly burn My story is so incomplete It's one I would love read But there is nothing to my life anymore But strangers and my bed Everybody is just so silent, motionless and staring Is it my hair?
