	Story Behind the Song I wrote this song during a time period in my life when I had just lost my job, lived alone in my truck, and though it was Christmas time, my parents wanted me to gain a little bit of responsibility on my own. I had a lot of time to think on my own; wishing I was with my family, wishing I had a place of my own, and just wishing I was the successful song writer and artist I knew I could be. Not having a place to call home where I could amuse myself with hours upon hours of fiddling with my guitar; I took myself to Guitar Center where I could spend my days creating this "Christmas Song" as what I will always remember as one of my most motivating moments in my songwriting career.
