Story Behind the Song
This song was actully written backwards. I usually find a set of chords that fit the story I'm telling and then look for the melody, but with this song, I found the melody first. I think this song came out really well. It's a lot better than I first anticipated, and I think it's one of the better ones I've done.
The inspiration came from being alone with my thoughts. There are things I haven't done that I should have and I regret not having done them.
It took about two days to lay the song down in its entirety, and there were very few changes along the way.
