	Story Behind the Song I wrote this piece last spring in an attempt to produce a piece of both a beautiful and haunting nature for brass. It may sound somber, but it isn't inteded to be sad. The piece breaks into major in a couple of places as a metaphor for hopefulness, if you will. I overdubbed all of the parts on August 8, 2000.
