This song was recorded in 1999 for Elder Brown. Elder Brown was the last missionary companion that Mid * One worked with while in South Florida. Mid * One (Elder Mahoney, at that time) wanted to write a song with a summary of the four months that he and Elder Brown spent together working as missionaries. |

Story Behind the Song
Well, Mid * One has been very sick for a long time now. Unfortunately, this has been impeding his music. Still, here is a song that showcases some of Mid * One's more recent talents...the first available work from him since the Abysmal Tools (Crusaydahs) album in 1996. The song is a summary of four months working with a real cool kid from Colorado that was known as Elder Brown during his time as a missionary. Mid * One, who wore the title of Elder Mahoney during his missionary experience from 1996-1998, wrote and produced this song as an expression of the joys and pains that these two missionaries faced while serving the people in South Florida. More specifically, in an area in West Palm Beach that they dubbed Spanish Estanque. Listen...You'll be surprised.
