Story Behind the Song
Well...the lyrics about the problem with looking for the answers of life in the wrong places. Like, for instance, fame and fortune. Jonas brought me the words and said, "Here write some music." So I did. I had been messin' around with the pattern on my keys for a while and it seemed to work with the song. So I figured out some guitar parts and brought it to practice. Everybody in the band liked it, so we kept it. We play it at just about every gig. Then, we had a thing happening where we needed to record a song right away so that we could get onto a compilation. Well, right at that time we were switching drummers(that's a whole story in itself) and our new drummer hadn't even played with us yet. We knew that it would take forever to go to a studio and record a song that our drummer didn't know, so we were forced to use a drum machine. We needed a song that would sound good like that so we picked this one. It was a nice Roland drum machine and sounds really good. We were very skeptical at first(to say the least), but it turned out nice. It's a high quality recording. It took us eleven hours to do the song in the studio but that includes programming the drum machine which took forever :) Hey, download it. It's cool :) Cya, sEtH
