Story Behind the Song
I wanted to capture the feeling os a summer storm blowing in from the ocean, the way the clouds build and the surf pounds violently on the rocks, and that sense of fresh rebirth as the the sky clears and everything is wet and clean and so much more alive. I lived out of a VW bug on the turn-outs along Highway One in Big Sur, California for two months one summer, and this song is a thank you to the sea and sky there.
