    Story Behind the Song
This song was inspired by News Channel 8 weather and traffic together-woman, Stephanie Lloyd. It was Late November, 1997, and Stephanie was doing her Power Weather segment, describing the heavy snows in PA. I was filled with hope that the storm would swwep down upon the capitol and blanket us all. Then, there was a news clip about the traffic camera system set up on the beltway, and, well, the urban technology spelled Big Brother in my mind, at least.
