This song is almost aggressive (but not quite.I only say that because of the distorted drums at the beginning) but has tinge of hope to it.It's pretty much synthesizer driven but has a distorted guitar going through out the entire song that is commonly mistaken for a synth. |

Story Behind the Song
This song was recorded with my collaborator Kyle the night before i went to see Nine Inch Nails live. Two days after the concert it was recorded with Myself,Kyle, and Trey (The other member of the group) as a demo all live. After that it was slowly recorded professionally (meaning not as a demo). The main insturment of this song is the Jp-8000 synthesizer (its doing the organ type sound that goes through out the song and the synth pad in the background) except the Synth bass which is a old analog synth I have called the Crumar DS-2.The Drums are the Korg Triton with some delay and digital editing on the wave file at some points in the song. They were also put through a distortion plug-in at the beginning. The guitar is a Fender Strat with distortion going through a midi-synced Nord Modular synth which has pattern controlled filter going to create the slicing almost synth-like guitar going through out the song. The name came from how I thought the song had a hopeful sound to it but was not very recognizable.
