	This song is an acoustic version of a song I wrote with grant Boult and I recorded it along with Crawling.

	Story Behind the Song The song is a commentary about men who beat women. The chorus is written from the woman's point of view and although I cannot fully appreciate what it is like to be an abused women it is my attempt at putting myself in the same shoes. It is also a tribute to womens resilience overall and the fact that they will not be beaten mentally despite being beaten physically. The verses are written from a male point of view but not this male. It seems that some men think it is a macho thing to give a woman a slap and judging by what I see in WWF this sort of thing is actively encouraged. Not a very nice subject but it was inspired by the Tears For fears song "Woman In Chains" which covers the same subject matter.
