Wild, high-energy, pulsating, heart-throbbing, thrill-seeking "musical roller-coaster" jazz-rock composition and a "magnum opus" of John David Thomas, composed by John in 1972 at Ball State University while earning his music degree there in "Music Theory and Composition"; features Tom Padgett on lead guitar (with a "John McGlaughlin" flavor), and Larry Hall on trumpet...funky, pulsating Moog bass synthesizer ("Sonic Six"), and John David Thomas on grand piano and Oberheim synthesizer. This music "blazes a trail" with a fiery passion and erotic drive...it should have been a major movie-theme in Hollywood back in the 1970's (when John composed it)...now, it is here for the entire world to enjoy! Buy the CD, and play this music in your car or hi-fi, and TURN THE VOLUME UP LOUD!!!

    Story Behind the Song
This is a seminal jazz-rock masterpiece composed by John David Thomas at only the age of 20, while working on his Bachelor's Degree in Music Theory and Composition at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana...John was awarded his "Theory and Composition" music degree in 1976. This music was totally inspired, and came about while John was playing the grand piano at Ball State...the primary melody came "in an instant", while the middle "B-section" came to John later, on a different day...the music was recorded in 1979, during an "all-night" marathon recording session in Neon Corfield studio in Indianapolis...everyone was "pumped up" with adrenaline, and it shows in this amazing recording and music!! Everything was done in one or two takes
