	Story Behind the Song The old blues line was "the minutes seem like hours, the hours seem like days..." It struck me that my life didn't reflect this... it was the other way around. Time just seems to fly by and I only manage to do a fraction of what I would like in any given period. Hence the new lyrics... "the days seem like hours, the months seem like days..." Now that Sara has passed away, however, the song seems all the more painfully accurate. Lyrics Don't know nobody, who's never had the blues (repeat) Each and every one of us has got to pay our dues.
