	Story Behind the Song Simple Things is a gift. It came to me one night as I sat, performing for an audience in a small coffeehouse. I was noodling around after tuning up, chatting with the audience. It just came out intact. No editing, no composition, no work...it was as if it revealed itself to me. I really can't lay claim to composing it so much as "discovering" it.
