	Story Behind the Song This song was a very simple meditation on the perspective of time. Time has a sense of power over certian aspects of life, yet is an illusion is some respects Lyrics TIME PASSING AWAY I looked around a swollen sky, pillow clouds and birds pass by. And age runs freely ever sly, and time passes away. All at once you stop to hear, a ticking clock and it brings much fear. But don't worry, don't shed a tear, it's just time passing away. Time it greets you, time it meets you, time it runs you and it can burn you. It can catch you, and attach you, as it passes away. You wonder where it is that you stand, one foot on the dreamscape and one on the land. Do you follow what's safe, or the pipes of pan can, time really pass away?
