Story Behind the Song
This is the last Saint Luther recording ever made. Doug and I recorded this in mid 1999 just before Doug made his move to the U.S. Northwest. It was only the two of us with a drum machine; we played all of the instruments. Interestingly enough, the very first recording we made in 1988 (on a Tascam 4-track) was just Doug and I doing all of the instruments (It was called "Shattered 70's," and appears on the "Legends" compilation).
Yes, we believe in Jesus Christ. Some people may find that hard to believe when they hear how crass our music gets, but we are free to be crass because we have been set free from the world.
I think this was a great finale to a great band that I'm glad I was a part of.
