	Story Behind the Song 'Excuses' is a subtle and somewhat ambiguous critique on the so-called "class war", with an unnamed person (perhaps a politician?) being lambasted for abuses of power and taking supposedly "lesser" people for granted. The song evolved from the underlying slide guitar and shuffling rhythms, with the track sounding not dissimilar to Underworld. Lyrics Have you had enough now? Do you realize?
