	Mellow Yellow song. First completely Cakewalked/Digital tune. Theirs an organ, some "deedly guitar" melody over a simple acoustic pattern. It is one of the more recent songs in the arsenal.

	Story Behind the Song This song was written with a simple acoustic chord pattern and some lyrical ideas over the course of a summer. The over the top melody was written by Mike after I came to him with the song. It is funny because this song was laid down when all of us were at each others throats. We left after this song in a rage, so the song brings back some weird moments. ***** More production notes: Sorry for the Mellancamp handclap. This was recorded in my study in an apt. and real drums were NOT an option. So we created a simple pattern in Fruity Loops, exported it at the desired temp, imported into Acid and exported a drum track 4 minutes long to import into Cakewalk. The rest of the parts were layered over the top through a cheez whiz SB Live! card. Everything except the vocals/backround vocals were done direct. The hammond patch for the organ was from the generic SB soundfont (i think). These are all scratch tracks that were "meant" to be re-done, but never were... (Kind of ironic...)
